These terms apply to your use of Chain Sudoku ("the App"), developed and published by First Fold.
The App is a single-player puzzle game. You may install and play it on your own device for personal, non-commercial use. No account or registration is required.
The current version of the App contains no in-app purchases, no advertising, and no user accounts. All in-game currency ("Ink") is earned through gameplay and has no real-world monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for money.
All game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not hold a copy of it and cannot recover it if it is lost (for example, through uninstalling the App or a device reset). See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App, including its code, artwork, and design, is the property of First Fold and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Fold is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These terms may be updated as the App changes. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes (for example, if the App later adds purchases, ads, or accounts) will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
