Privacy Policy — Chain Sudoku

Chain Sudoku ("the App") is developed and published by First Fold. This policy describes what happens to your data when you use the App. It applies to the current released version.

Summary

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data outside your device. There are no user accounts, no ads, and no in-app purchases. All game progress lives only on your device.

What data the App handles

• Game progress. Puzzle state, run history, unlocked cards, Ink balance, settings, and similar gameplay data are stored locally on your device only, using your device's built-in storage (IndexedDB). This data never leaves your device, is never sent to us or to any third party, and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App or clear its storage.
• No accounts. The App does not ask you to register, sign in, or provide any personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.) to play.
• No advertising. The App shows no ads and includes no advertising SDKs.
• No purchases. The App has no in-app purchases or payment processing of any kind.
• Analytics. The App's code contains a small internal facility for recording gameplay events (for example, when a run starts or ends). As currently shipped, this facility only stores events on your device and does not send them anywhere — no analytics vendor or third-party service is connected. If this changes in a future version of the App, this policy will be updated first, before any data leaves your device.
• No location, contacts, camera, microphone, or similar device data is accessed by the App.

Data sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit any data to third parties, because no data leaves your device in the first place.

Data deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its app storage/data through your device's settings. We hold no copy of your data to delete on our end.

Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the App adds functionality that changes what data is collected or how it is handled (for example, adding analytics transmission, ads, or accounts), this policy will be updated in advance of that change, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect it.
